Fancy lady 1: I really hope we get this place at Snowmass. It's about $15,000 a week, so that divides out to be about $2000 a person.
Fancy lady 2: That's not bad at all!

2. Conversation between me and the united.com customer service person:
Me: I checked into this flight but then I changed the flight. So now I want to check into the new one and the website won't let me.
United: Well, first you have to UNcheck yourself on that first flight.
Me: How do I do that?
United: I'm not sure; just press some likely looking buttons and you'll probably find it.
