While having my order totalled at Paradise Bakery today I asked if I could get a cookie with my meal. The girl told me that I could have TWO cookies for $1, to which I said thanks, but I only want ONE cookie. She replied, "so you want to pay $1.40 for ONE cookie instead of getting TWO cookies for $1?"
YES. YES, I DO want to pay 40 cents more for the privilege of only getting one cookie. Honestly, couldn't she charge me for two cookies and just give me one? What is wrong with people?
